So this is actually three short questionnaires that I combined into one.

~ Either Seattle, Washington or else close to family in Illinois. But wherever I know I am loved would be home to me.

~ Actually, yes. I am much more assertive, much calmer, and much less angst-ridden. Small comfort, I know, but there it is.

~ Yes, back when I was being bullied.

~ The text unfurl on the screen as I type this.

~ Everyone, basically. Quoth Nikka Costa, “Everybody got their somethin’.” I admire that about everyone.

~ I’ll know it when I feel it.

~ Hmm. Orange. Which is strange, because I actually don’t like oranges.

~ I can’t. I don’t have that many friends.

~ Um. Daria? I know that’s not a sitcom, but I don’t watch much current TV, so I wouldn’t know.
What was the happiest moment in your life?
~ The happiest moment? Well, one of them was getting published in the school’s literary magazine. There are other moments, of course, lately spent with Johnny.
If you knew that this was your last day on earth, how would you spend it?
~ With the ones I love.

~ Don’t have that many friends, but of the people I know, they’d all be 10s. So. Especially Elvie. Elvie is so funny.
If you were granted three wishes, what would you ask for?
~ I am keeping them to myself for the time being, thankyouverymuch.
Name one annoying habit of any of your friends. Which you would really like to change?
~ I don’t know of any annoying habits. Sometimes, though, I think they forget I am right there while they’re talking. I’d love to be included in some of their conversations.
What are your pet peeves?
~ People standing and/or sitting right behind me. People reading over my shoulder. Um…..people who are slow walking, like in grocery stores. People who don’t have their fare ready for the bus. Um….I can’t think of anything else. I can be an impatient person sometimes, just so you know.
Where do you see yourself five years from now?
~ Still plugging away. Perhaps married with children. Driving. Still the same, yet different, in a good way.
What would you do if you won the lottery?
~ I’d pay off my bills, disperse a portion of it among my family and close friends, sock some into a savings account, and give some to certain charities.
If you were born a boy/girl, how would things have turned out for you?
~ If I’d been born a boy….gee, I can’t even think of how different life would be for me if I were a boy. I’ve never really thought about it, to be honest.
Would you be brave enough to spend an entire hour alone in a cemetery?
What is the one thing you wish you could do if given the chance?
~ I used to have an answer to this question, but I don’t anymore. I don’t really know.
Do you believe that there is life beyond our planet?
~ If there is, and I quote Bill Watterson, “The surest sign of intelligent life out there is that none of it has tried to contact us.”

~ Bees, needles, driving (to a degree). I also have a healthy respectable fear of fire and water.
What is the weirdest thing you’ve ever done?
~ Participated in a walk-out in junior high.

~ Quoting the Bad Guy Affirmation from “Wreck-It Ralph”: “There’s no one I’d rather be than me.”
How long can you hold your breath?
~ Not long if I have to think about it. I can hold my breath for a long time without realizing I’m doing it, because all of a sudden, I’ll just suck in a breath.
If you were stranded on an island, what are the three most important things that you think you would need?
~ Paperandpencil, music of some kind (like an MP3 player that never runs out of battery power), and loved ones.

How do you think the world is going to end? In flames or an ice age?
~ I don’t like to think about that. I’m paranoid about the end of the world.

What is your definition of an incredible weekend?
~ I experienced a couple recently, when Johnny and I took a weekend trip to Chicago, and then a day trip to Lost Island Water Park. Just being in great company having a great experience is an incredible weekend.

~ Paperandpencil, music, life, love (so friends and family), and pets.

~ Stories, lyrics, and poetry. Those are my hopes and dreams. That, and falling in love. And just living. That’s about it.

~ Saturday. Just because it’s truly the weekend.

~ I love animals, so I love both. But if I absolutely had to choose, I’m more of a cat person.

~ World peace.

~ Everything and everyone inspires me.

~ Blue because, as Regina Spektor sings, blue is “the most human color.”

~ I dunno. Neptune. It’s the ice planet, I think, and I don’t mind the cold, so.
How many places have you traveled to? Name them.
~ I’ve been to several places in my life. I have traveled to Europe – Cologne and Aachen, Germany; Brussels and Brugge, Belgium; Amsterdam, Maastricht, and Kerkrade in the Netherlands; and Paris, France. I have traveled to Chicago in Illinois, Savannah in Georgia, Door County in Wisconsin, and Winter Park in Colorado. Those have been the biggest vacations of my life.

~ No, I don’t think so. I think more about the future nowadays, not so much the past.

~ Hmm. Hanging out with Johnny, laundry, and working on cleaning my room. That’s about it.

~ My mom.

~ I won’t tell you that. I have a bit of remorse about buying it.

~ My head hurts, a little.

~ I used to be, but not so much anymore, though on occasion it messes with my head.

~ Yes, my Pandora stream. This is why I don’t listen to radio stations anymore.

~ Yes, as long as it isn’t too spicy or peanutty.

~ “Ex Machina.”

~ Yes. Father Mike.

~ Yes. I’m trying to reel that in.
First time you kissed the last person you kissed?
~ It was with Johnny after a particular date, and he dropped me off at home, and politely asked if he could kiss me. I liked it. It was sweet.
Was this the best year of your life?
~ So far, yes.

~ Johnny, Mom, Dad, Older Sister, Younger Brother, Youngest Brother, Gina.
What was going through your mind during your last kiss?
~ That I didn’t want to stop kissing him.
Is it easier to forgive or forget?
~ Forgive. That way, you can forget. Or not. Still, it’s better to forgive.
Are you jealous of someone?
What last made you laugh the hardest?
~ That was a long time ago, that I had any sort of deep belly laugh, and I don’t remember what it was about, but I’m pretty sure family was involved.
Do you flirt a lot?
~ With my boyfriend, yes. Although I worry about whether or not I flirt right.
Would you live with someone without marrying them?
Have you ever had a dream about people you love dying?
~ Yes, and those are not pleasant dreams.
Who was the last person you cried in front of?
~ At a rehearsal for This Is My Brave – there were about twenty people in the room, and we were sharing some difficult stories. I’ve never been ashamed to cry.
Have you ever changed clothes in a vehicle?
~ Yes. It was after we went whitewater rafting in Colorado. I think everyone bought a change of clothes, just to be on the safe side, and I remember I changed out of my wet clothes in a vehicle because that was the closest private place to change.

~ Johnny. Just because.

~ Hopefully not.
Do you believe that you are a good boyfriend or girlfriend?
~ I would like to think so. I can’t speak for Johnny, but I would hope I am a good girlfriend.
What did you do yesterday?
~ Woke up, got dressed, took my pills, went to work, went home after work, ate supper, watched some TV, dinked around on the computer, texted with Johnny, wrote some, fell asleep at a decent hour. That’s about it.
Have you ever dated Someone Older Than You?
~ I currently am, although he isn’t that much older than I am.
What time did you go to bed at and when did you awake?
~ I try to get to bed by 9 every night, and I wake up by 6:00.

~ No. Love takes time.
